Rental Terms & Conditions

• Valid original passport, age from 23 years old.
• Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Insurance:

• All our cars are insured under MTPL and CASCO in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• In the event of an accident and the parties avoid registering the incident with the help of the traffic police, the Client bears full responsibility for compensation for damage.
• The Company has the right to demand from the Client compensation for the cost of vehicle downtime at a service center during repairs after an accident.

• It is imperative to call the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and file an accident in accordance with the current traffic regulations.

• You can also receive a car without leaving the premises. We will deliver the car to you at the required address ourselves.
• The cost of delivering a car is 80,000 sum until 18:00. After - 120,000 sum

• The Lessee is responsible for all fines and traffic violations that arise during the validity of the Vehicle Rental Agreement.
• The Tenant undertakes to comply with all the terms of the Lease Agreement and the Pledge Agreement, as well as other conditions of the Company.
• 3. The lessee has no right to transfer the right to drive the car to third parties.

• Plastic cards UZCARD, HUMO, VISA/MASTERCARD, UNIONPAY. When paying with Visa or Master Card, VAT (15%) and a bank service in the amount of (2.5%) are added to the payment; the service is available only at the company’s office

• Through the transfer of funds under Lease Agreements with legal entities-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan
